TV Land has the fourth season summer premiere of Hot in Cleveland at 10:00.   Starring Betty White and Valerie Bertinelli, the show centers on three past-their-prime entertainment industry veterans from Los Angeles who find a more welcoming and less shallow and youth-obsessed community in Cleveland, Ohio.  Tonight's episode is aired live on the East Coast.
